I’m Danitza Nicklow, your local, hands-on, home-loving real estate agent. As a lifelong Pittsburgher, I’ve lived or worked in all 4 corners of this amazing area. That means I not only know the market—I know what makes each neighborhood tick. Over the past 5+ years, I’ve been lucky enough to help many families buy and sell homes throughout our region. Along the way, I’ve been honored to receive a few awards (which I'm grateful for, but the real win is helping people meet their goals). I take pride in being a roll-up-your-sleeves kind of agent—whether it’s helping prep a home for listing, finding off-market gems, or solving tricky problems with creative solutions. I live in the South Side with my husband and our 2 daughters, in a 1890's home that we hands-on renovated from studs up. When I’m not working or busy with a DIY project, you’ll find me enjoying our local parks, trails, rivers and community events. I love being involved and connected— It's what makes Pittsburgh great!
