Berni has several years experience in corporate marketing and public relations, as well as non-profit fundraising. Her knowledge of consumer habits and e-communications, as well as strategic marketing skills serve her well to increase visibility and promote listings.
Berni has worked with buyers in all price ranges – from the first time buyer to those with over $1 Million in purchasing power. She has successfully listed and sold homes in all price ranges, within the city and in surrounding suburbs.
Berni has always had a passion for the real estate industry since working as a Regional PR Manager for Weichert, Realtors in New Jersey in the late 1980's. Increasing her skill set is important to her and in October 2014 she earned her Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation, by demonstrating the expertise to advise clients age 50+ through transitions in relocating, refinancing or selling the family home.
