My passion for real estate began when my husband and I bought our beautiful newly constructed home as a short sale and moved into our lovely home for a phenomenal price. It was further solidified when we restored my dad's old home to its former beauty and got it sold in four days. It was my first listing ever and I knew I found my calling!       In the last eight and a half years, I have sold 132 homes and sold 17 homes and $3.5 million in real estate in 2024 alone. On the buyer's side, I have a wealth of knowledge that can with negotiating, such as advice on inspections, and municipal requirements like occupancy requirements, as well as advice on appraisals, to help take the stress out of the process. For my seller clients, I carefully research comparable properties, weigh urgency with pricing strategies, and strongly encourage the use of professional photographs and videos. I have also done staging and given advice on what sells to help their homes sell quickly.
