When my family and I relocated to the South Hill area, our move was smooth initially — until a dispute between our developer and the township delayed our move-in date by nearly a year. During that time, I had to secure and extend temporary housing, negotiate with our storage/moving company, and spend almost every weekend searching for a new home on the market.

Living through that relocation taught me how to advocate for my family and navigate the unexpected challenges that can arise in a real estate journey. It also gave me firsthand insight into the emotional ups and downs that come with buying and building a home.
